International shipping is not available at this time.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders cannot be redirected once they have been shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, Mechovia cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Customers are advised to check with neighbors or the local post office and confirm delivery with the carrier.
Order Changes After Purchase
Modifying Shipping Details
Because account creation is not available and orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
Customers should contact us immediately if an adjustment is needed.
Return Shipping Label
Customer’s Responsibility
If a return is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the customer is responsible for the return label and return shipping cost.
Return labels are not provided by Mechovia.
