Refund requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

To receive a refund, the item must be returned in unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials.

Requests received after this period will not qualify.
Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds if:

These situations are not considered valid refund reasons.
Return Shipping Cost
Customer Responsibility
If a refund is approved and the customer is required to return the product, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Bank/payment provider processing: 3–7 business days
Total refund process takes 10 days to appear the amount in your account.
We do not control bank processing times.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return and refund process.
