Q1. Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No. Mechovia does not offer account creation. All orders are placed using a simple guest checkout.
Q2. Do you charge any taxes?
A: No. We do not charge tax on any order. Only a flat $20 shipping cost applies.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Q4. How much is the shipping fee?
A: We charge a flat $16 shipping fee on all orders.
Q5. Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We currently ship only within the United States.
Q6. What is your handling time?
A: Our handling time is 1–2 days.
Q7. How long does delivery take?
A: Transit usually takes 3–7 days, so total delivery time is 4–9 days.
Q8. How will I know when my order ships?
A: You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is shipped.
Q9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

A: Changes can be made only if the order has not been shipped yet.

A: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

A: Refunds process takes total of 10 Days.

A: Carrier delays may occur. Please allow the full 4–9 days delivery time before contacting us.
Q21. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: We can correct it only if the order has not been shipped. Mechovia is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

A: Yes. All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
Q23. Can I update my payment method after ordering?
A: No. Payment information cannot be changed after an order is placed.

A: At this time, we only offer retail orders and do not provide wholesale pricing.
